As a first investment I started with SF LTR since I was still an employee and was investing for the long haul- slow and steady for retirement.  

It makes it easier to explain things by showing what is actually happening from the start to the finish.I'm toying with the idea of developing general access to use it but without the training on the "how's" and "why's" to use it, I'd be afraid the user wouldn't get much use out of it, and be a waste of their time and money. 

They weren’t able to get me on the schedule for another 3 or 4 days.At this point the power had been off for almost two weeks and when we went in to haul everything out, I found out the top freezer on the fridge was full of meat.

She doesn’t have time to sell an entire house on CL nor does she have capability to haul it off... plus there are good useable things in the home.

Obviously being handy would help you but Im sure doing the easy stuff like paiting, demo, and trash haul would be fine for them.  

As a data provider, I have been toying with the idea of offering blast text packages along with data...I'm curious as to how often investors utilize non-postal marketing methods when hunting for properties to buy. 

My advice, start hauling water to the property until you get the issue fixed. 

I've been toying with the idea of buying a winter getaway home, one I could rent out Airbnb/VRBO April-November.

This particular deal is a little different from your normal investment as it's intent is to be rented until my family and I are ready to fill it's walls with our own photos and it's floors with my sons never ending accumulation of toys.

The only thing that I’ve been toying with updating is the kitchen; that’s something I may do this month.
