Abt has some packages for ~$2.4k but I'd like to be under $2k for oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

The last one I did I added kitchen countertops, sink and a fridge...

Only 7,500 in rehab (paint, fix hardwood, minor heating, and a fridge) and it is now worth approx 135,000 & rents for 1380/month no utilities included.

Plug in the fridge, washing machine, internet/wifi/tv. 

Seller told lawyer that it includes verbiage about being sold “as-is” and that I’m not going to come after her if fridge breaks and was listed as operational in disclosures, etc.Long story short: they are having century 21 out to “evaluate” (appraise maybe?)

The property has changed hands at least twice since the kitchenette was added, and I just happened to get the one crapbag appraiser who wanted to be difficult about a stove and a fridge on the 2nd floor.
