Hello - has anyone seen a developer/tenant scope of work breakdown for a build to suit lease/transaction for a fast food/QSR development?

I'm 30 years old, I've been in the food industry for 15 years, mostly in BOH as a Chef and a few years in FOH as a bartender.

Perhaps I have the wrong idea about money, but I start with 2,000 calories a day, which is the amount of food I need to keep my metabolism going.
