Anecdotally, I've heard that local Facebook marketplace groups are an increasingly successful channel.

We have a very advanced platform that works with all iCal feeds and have seen that VRBO only outputs bookings made through their website.

Sounds like you'll be in a pickle when you move if you don't sell it because you'll be feeding the monthly mortgage payments to make up the difference between what you collect in rent and what your mortgage is.

But like the civilian world, there is always that one guy.The trick would be navigating 'proper channels' to get to this guys CO. 

We feel that controlling as many aspects of the business in house will allow us to generate larger profits, and have all the separate arms of the business work together, feeding each other and creating a synergy.Trying to figure out how to explain that to my wife and small children (LOL).
