You could donate it to Habitat for Humanity or try to sell it to the neighbors.

The site is mainly set up on a donation basis, you probably know software, IT support, admin aspects aren't free.

If the cars are not running you can offer to buy them for $100 then donate it to charity that will take it away.  

Donate it to the city, if you can get out of it.

Word is, that they have reached out to the bank and asked them if they would donate their equity in the note to the city by satisfying it.Clarification 2)  the owner is amenable to work however necessary.  

Now kickstarter and that ilk, I might donate to them but that is a donation and not an investment. 

We accept donations for upkeep, but it's not officially rented.

I am 24 years old, have very little capital, and only have about 30-35 hours a week to donate to this endeavor. 

If you have unused surplus you can't return or if anything you removed from the property is in good condition, look into donating to one of Habitat for Humanity's ReStore locations.
