I see this conversation interesting and inviting me to add some of my thoughts being an Investor and Realtor.

I would suggest having a conversation with your agent on what the expectations are for the near future.

I had a conversation with my friend, a real estate agent, a few months ago that really stuck with me.

Over my career-span I have completed about 84 conversion project's, turning SFH into MFH. 

The first step is ALWAYS trying to have a conversation to understand their situation.

In every jurisdiction that I've seen, GPs are required to provide this information.Snippet from the investment brochure that @Evan Polaski linked to: "The Current Owner purchased the property in 2021 as a Co-GP andprovided GP equity and balance sheet support to the Operating GP.The Property underwent a renovation and unit conversion plan thatincreased the number of units to 584 and experienced strong leaseuppost completion.

I was able to have an educated conversation with the mortgage broker at the bank thanks to everything I've learned so far. 

Also, have a conversation with 2-3 lenders that you trust.
