The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and the execution seems poorly planned and communicated.

The key is staying consistent and networking with the right people (you’re already in the right place!).

Here's a summary of the communication: I would get paid 3% interest for wiring $91,000 and get my money back within 24 to 48 hours with a double closing.

Also a 4Plex usually consists of 4 smaller units...which doesn't rent very high. 

If your tenant is consistently avoiding communication and not paying rent, eviction might be a necessary next step to regain control of your property.

Sounds like you've had poor expectations on how the process works, poor communication from your lender, and maybe there is more to your file that you are letting us know. 

I can say for certain my top 2 moments of the conference were the initial guided networking session lead by Andy Gil, really was a great small group of investors and I'm confident I'm going to consistently keep up with their journeys!

I would definitely need to dive more into risks with the structures and sponsors, but it definitely keeps me in the direction I've been moving and seems to be consistent with what I am looking for.

Larger checks often want longer track records.  2014 founding doesn't cut it when these same investors have access to groups with 1998 founded companies, with more deals and similarly consistent returns.Co-investment: Larger checks often do require significant co-investment.  10% of equity is common.  

Any screening process needs CONSISTENT improvement!
