Right now I am looking at starting out by getting into wholesaling because knowing the ins and outs of finding deals will set me up for a successful real estate investing career and I feel like it's a good actionable step I can take while I’m still in college.

Wouldn't you want to be in the top 1% in a field?

I know that the septic was replaced...but not sure about the leach field (I actually don't know what that is...).  

I work in the medical field and I don’t feel that a hospital medical power of attorney has any basis for anything else out of the hospital.  

For those that are agents do you enjoy your career and would you recommend a career in real estate? 

I currently own a food truck/restaurant and real estate is my next career move.

I love this field so far and real estate is what I'm passionate about.

Hi, I've had a chance to work in the connected water field for a couple years, although not directly in leak detection.
