Hi @Arlen, Thanks for reaching out to me by letting me know that there will be a meetup, but it is a little to steep for my blood right now, because I am just moving back to the Bay after 3 years in Ohio with my daughter (longer story involving that).

Being in control of leads is the life blood of making money here. 

This real estate investor (the boy's father) found his real estate empire, which he poured blood, sweat and tears into over the span of two decades, wrapped up in the lawsuit. 

The only thing we need to do is to paint one bedroom (it's blood red) and fill the house. 

My flesh and blood, my big sister, my role model when I was a child actually had the capacity to steal this money from me.

i told her it was not acceptable and the best I can do is to try to find another tenant as quickly as possible but she has to pay rent until i find one (per the lease agreement) and she said they do not have the money because her husband cant work (he sprained his ankle and she sent me pictures to prove it...weird) she said you cant expect blood from a stone.  

@Sigmund Reboquiofrom just a minute research on the property your price seems to be really high in comparison to your area...Theres a house down the street larger and less expensive and newer build year.... ( if you listed under that guys house by a dollar you would steal every single one of his customers) your price per sqft is the highest listed price per sqft within a 2 street diameter from you without a pool....another point is that your recent price drop may (for investors let the house sit with the hopes the home owner will decrease more and more and then there frustrated and accept an offer they would not have even looked at 2...3... months ago) so my advice is that if you are not in a hurry at all to sell don't keep dropping the price because thats like dropping blood for a shark (investors being the sharks) so that may be why you haven't been getting any offers as they are just watching it.

I have also filed court papers to sue her but that will be like getting blood from a stoneGuess I learned the hard way - don't let them renovate until they own it.Yah I know that some people that will say that I should have kept better watch - she did this over 3 days!!!!.

Basically, my comment to you, is that you probably should really think about getting a different job as there's nothing inherently magical about real estate as a profession in my opinion (at least as compared to other entrepreneurial activities).The job is your single greatest asset as it opens the door to financing that is the life blood for buy and hold investing.  

And be very forthright and open about working with the other agent- don't let her find out afterwards and create bad blood between them.
