Basically you are buying in to that person's relationships.

In order to get a response, and validity, they'll want you to actually provide the basic filing and proposal of what you seek to change at the property/building. 

I also thought of renters as people who are basically poor and can't buy a home. 15 years later I think that's funny.You can look up demographics, but I don't think it will give you the clarity you are looking for.

If you stick to American name brand units that are basic - no fancy sensors, doodads or anything else - W/Ds are surprisingly durable, even with renters.

I was actually on a team dispatched to investigate the Surfside Condo collapse until the clean up process basically rendered our investigation moot. 

Go into the new member introductions forum and watch for the same few people who say the same basic message every time someone new comes on the site.
