Do you prefer a steady schedule and steady income or do you prefer a flexible schedule and a shot at big money (and big dry spells)?

It may or may not get released from the Property, the seller will still be liable, so you may want to take a shot.

I am looking at other places other than just BP but thought I would give it a shot to try my network on here.

We don't have it here in Sacramento and our market rents have shot up 50%+ (property values too) in the last three years.  

All I do to show proof of funds when making a cash offer is take a screen shot or printout of my online bank account summary, making sure that it shows my name and that the total available balance is higher than my offer. 

I thought it was worth a shot but now I have to rethink doing it after talking to my lawyer.

Looking at the outside shot of the home, I can see that the roof isn't in perfect condition... it's either really old or structurally there's something wrong with it and I know roofs are a VERY expensive thing to address.

. - Interest rates have shot up so i don't think refinancing will do you much good. 

So this being your first shot, try something small.

Or do I have a shot at bettering my life becoming a real estate agent.
