Many people like to manage their own properties but if you want to build a solid business with systems that run on autopilot your better off outsourcing the day to day and focus on accumulating properties.

I've accumulated so much information that it's insane how ready to go I am, just waiting for some stars to align in my personal situation to put my plan into action.

. $40,000 (whether that gets used or much it gets used would be up to me) and cash flow accumulated would be approx. $17,000.

My aunt & her husband have $20k accumulated, however I have the highest credit score out of the 3 of us and I am not sure if my debt to income will come in to play in this scenario. 

Three months later I was able to accumulate the 2nd half of my down payment and found the perfect property for me and my child in a wonderful neighborhood and school district.

If you really want to scale, you would be better off working hard and paying off the debts you've accumulated.

Hey Kumar,I'm sure the municipality you're in has several resources available you should probably research prior to jumping to a deferment and accumulating all that additional interest expense.
