@Daniel Vo, sent you a message but I am proof that you can start in your late 30's and figure this all out while still serving and setting yourself up to grow even more when you retire from the military.

I worked at hospital diagonally across street so very convenient and at the time this 2bed 1bath was all I needed.

This is a very long discussion and would need to ask a number of questions - we work with investors from many different countries.
