I think that members of NAR and agents for some of the large brokerages (ReMax, Keller Williams, etc.) may have access do decent pricing through their group plans.

I have really enjoyed Gary Keller's "CEO Keller Williams" books, The Millionaire real estate Investor "and agent in my case" You may also want to check out his book FLIP and HOLD. they are written in ways that are very easy to understand and implement.
