What if a sibling wants to donate a gift of cash to my LLC?

I plain to sell 2 lots, rent 1 for $185.00 a month for a trailer, put a 8x40 storage pod on another and rent it for $150 a month But my big idea is to donate one to Habitat for humanity. 

They get donated unused new construction materials from projects and sell at the store to raise funds for their habitat for humanity Home construction projects.

Is this a business for you or a charity donation?

These tools will be donated by my company for the best three No Money Down deals.

For example I own a home in 23434 and am told by a couple realtors that there is very low demand for such a home and that I could look at finishing the work and renting it out or donating it to a homeless organization.  

Depending on value of land, after loss of property, I would donate it to a non-profit organization.

@John Arendsen  I sold ONe OREO on marketplace but probably could have sold it just as easy with craigslist add.I think the benefit of pro is to basically donate to the site.. this is a great networking site and if they don't make any money its not going to be here.. they deserve to make money.

Getting tenants is not the problem- You have various group that can provide tenants and will suppliment their rents- HUD VA programs, Section 8 etc.This can be a program for a non-profit to donate too as well as getting a return on their donation.

If you donate some small items ($25 gift cards) they really appreciate it.
