I'll be out of town next week but would love to attend the next meeting.

They have recently had a hard time filling 2 of my units though, and I'm not sure what my current vacancy rate is, but the checks steadily roll in every month, and it's a better return that I'm getting in Denver these days, so still worth it.

I'd love to hear some thoughts and opinions on STR/MTR versus LTR for Denver.   

Are you going to get 15% appreciation over the next year, like we saw in Denver and Colorado Springs in 2021/2022 (and elsewhere in the country)?

Thinking the Denver / Boulder / nearby areas because I would love to live around there, have lots of friends around that area - including my real estate agent who I'm good friends with, and its an appreciating market. 

I have a place in Denver that does great with mid-term on Furnished Finder, and one in Florida that hardly got any mid-term interest but crushes it on Airbnb.

Hey Jose - if you're working with $15k i'd examine your local market to see if there is an opportunity to house hack if you want to work solo.If you're opening to partnering - I'd reccomend attending your local REIA meetings to see who is looking for a partner / capital.

From what I hear, that's a pretty thriving real estate market and attractive place for young working professionals, which sounds a lot like Denver where we are.
