There is most probably a provision for termination by the tenant in either the lease or under the legislation.

As mentioned in other posts, not many people live in a house for 20 or 30 years.They may be uncertain how long a job will last or want to move again once the kids graduate.

The landlord tenant regulations and tenant friendly legislation is the root cause.

Still feel uncertain whether FHA offers would be competitive in my market.
