I feel like a serious VIP just jumped on this thread!

He normally charges 30k for this training, only has one slot open, and will give it to me for 20k PLUS 50/50 on all deals generated!  

I once decided to put a few quarters in a slot machine, and it paid off.

I want to hear suggestions in urban & rural areas and also besides building a single home family, multi-family or any other type of properties.I'm looking for more options, private parking slots, use it for agriculture, laundry services, sell it or a business in general....

On the first of every month my rent check is put into my mail slot on my door, however today that did not happen.  

They get their deals and shop them to all their VIP buyers or previous buyers who they know can close. 

Any time a guy says he is unable to communicate via a certain method, but is slotted internet time, you can be sure that he is most likely full of it.

They are new to the area from Chicago area and both have a job here.Here's the clincher, they are all displayed except for one ring laying there, in a jewelry display board, 10x10 slots as you see in stores.

its one thing for locals like yourself but if the best U can do is as described above its not a wealth builder on any level.. there just seems to be some irrational exuberance on these low end rentals  or should I say non appreciating assets with next to no cash flow.. just because they get into them with little cash or get a little back. your still tying up a very valuable loan slot.
