Not scientific at all, but the overwhelming amount of owners who added PickleBall courts said there was either none or very little increase on ROI for the PickleBall courts.I have STRs with pools, but not in your market.

The software in the lock and on their web site then uses this matching code as a hash to generate guest (and/or long term maintenance or housekeeping) codes based on time/date/duration.It's a really brilliant system, and one of the few that I've found that don't require Internet access or monthly fees.

Is it as simple as contract the new home with a move in date within 30 days, and write the lease back agreement with the current owners separately therefore leaving it still as a primary residence?

I get NO notification from system that tenant has not made his final payment, since payment series is archived on DUE DATE of last payment.
