You’re going to have to find a specialized function that can’t be farmed out to the Philippines in the $5-$10/hr range.

I'd like to simply buy a turnkey rental and make cashflow but I understand that's easier said than done and turnkey properties likely won't provide me ideal ROIs.

Seems like there are a lot of individuals in this boat  -  especially in my sons line of work  - which is lighting and tech for special events and music tours.

A lot of the beach rentals down there are pretty outdated and don't provide many amenities.
