Since the product is still so new, they've been granting beta testers free access to the product's functionality in exchange for feedback and bug reports.

While definitely not a local credit union, we have some great options for HELOC products. 

It’s entirely likely you would have to switch insurance products  - going to a commercial policy - but check with your carrier.

However my understanding is that with or without just cause landlord cannot move the tenant out easily in San Diego nowadays.

I use DSCR products every time because of this exact analysis with my own CPA.  

I don't even need to look at the listing- if it's been 100% quiet, it's one of two things:-There's no market for the product you are offering.
