Several of my mobiles have different rents that were grandfathered in, so that helps, but several are on the same rent and occasionally someone will forget their printed deposit slip and just go to the bank and hand write one out and not put the unit number on.

This is what I'm thinking:service setup through Guardian and they will do the bilingpulse output meters installed at streetgateway system that has both cell and wifi (assuming buyers have wifi, they can save $10 per month by not using cellular)gateway has app built in for owners to connect and see usage via mobile appwater bill paid by HOA and the owners pay the HOA for their individual billsMy goal is to make this as seamless and painless for the buyers. 

@Frank Cannata I hate cash and money orders - those require me to go to the bank as I can't mobile deposit either. 

Can you get a line of credit against a mobile home community like you can an apartment?

I am considering my first investment in a mobile park fund through Covemark. 

So, there's a piece of property with a little mobile home in the next city over that seems like it could be a wise investment, but I am new to all this so I was hoping for some experienced advice.
