Hello BP Community,I am new to being an intentional real estate investor.

PS I’m all for buying real estate , but we know that having a  job can be a blessing for many people starting out. 

Because I'm a licensed real estate agent, I found this opportunity through my weekly searches and knew it was in a prime location and held a coveted short term rental license, which has become a hot commodity in the area.

I am a Real Estate Broker myself who has helped over 400 other investors.

But the reality is that unless you're a real estate professional or your property is a short term rental you won't benefit much each year. 

Also, often times the original homeowners still live in the property so once the sale is ratified you have to go through the eviction process or offer cash for keys to get them to leave.

Go to an attorney specializing in Texas real estate transactions who can set the whole thing up - if the attorney you're using is not familiar with the optimal ways to insure wraps you're using the wrong attorney.
