Also look at the statue of limitations on all of your debts because some might be already about to come off by they self. 

The old statue required the seller to provide a termite letter, but it was changed a few years ago; however, nobody told the termites.It's more of a bond than a warranty, and you're right--it's insurance.

For granite I’ve used Millenium marble and granite in philly and absolute marble and granite in Cinnaminson!

All the other goodies apply - hardwood floors, granite/marble counters, upscale cabinets/appliances, etc.

Are homes that use marble countertops consistently selling for more or less than ones with granite.  

The amount is not prescribed the statue just requires that is is a thing of value so techically it can be one dollar, or even a goat, but realistically @Jeff Copeland is correct. 

I used epoxy and a little tint and spray paint and turned it into faux marble.
