@Chris Howard , If You ignore asset protection,  one LLC can have both Flips and hold rentals.1) yes, the types of incomes generated via both activities are different.

Best case is that they just upgraded it and plan on leaving it...... if so, get that in writing.......but still be pissed and let them know this will not be tolerated again.So I would want some more info before I freak out too bad....If they are basically blowing you off and ignoring you, then I would move forward with legal action by consulting a lawyer about moving forward with an eviction...and be sure to include the cost of a new stove in the deposit

The quitclaim deeds erroneously indicate that the heirs received unbiased counsel regarding their options (but sheer ignorance may account for their approving that statement).

Then there is foreclosure and if it’s a judicial foreclosure I see people ignore the fact that after the sale it can take 1-3 months before the courts ratify the sale and it is closed.
