I can tell you that EVERY market will have excellent tenants and terrible tenants.

As part of the Ch 7 you can note you wish to relinquish the properties and they go back to the bankThat is not an easy decision but it is what would get you back on your feet the fastest.

I'm more of an excel, manual, hands on freak, but not opposed to hearing about automation tools such as Stessa too :)
