Have a good dialogue with your agent, ask all the questions, and make sure you're transparent about what you're liking/not liking about the properties. 

If we are misunderstanding what you are asking happy to continue to dialogue.

Once they reply its up to you to dialogue or call them. 

So all I am trying to say, ask, dialogue about, is that is this bigger than just the politics, at least bigger than the big names, and could it hit me and you?

If you were looking to create a dialogue, as you say, then you would not have written what amounts to an ad for your group.We'll all learn from this and move on.

If we arent speaking to our prospects in a dialogue they can understand and relate to and then take action upon I dont care what list you send to.And your experience is why I believe you should mix up your marketing pieces.
