@Jack Greener if you’re switching then yeah it won’t really matter what you do now, just save as much as you can.I’m very realistic and blunt, and I’m a believer in taking the path of least resistance, which is what I describe above.

"Micro-retail" has been done in some of the more dense places in the country (NYC, SF, etc) but I don't know of any specific examples of exactly what you're describing.

Business wise quickbooks or any number of others are probably better for the situation you describe quicken would work fine.
