I understand that church lending can get a bit hairy, but I’d also like to preface this discussion with the fact that there are definitely some lenders out there (that I’ve spoken to) that are willing and able to use an FHA loan to secure a mixed-use property with its commercial space currently occupied by a church.

Don't wait for cards, signs, the perfect listing presentation, etc.Have your database and a script ready.....Call everyone in your phone, in your facebook, in Linkedin, in your frat, in your church, in your work life, in your previous work life, in your college.

I came to know this gentleman about 20 years ago through my church.

Evidently, at church, on Sunday, they invited the church members to go through the house. . .who could've predicted that?

Singing in the church choir with a general contractor might show that a personal relationship existed prior to the business transaction, but it's not sufficient IMO to be a known business aquaintence.When does it become a security (?)
