Local city planners are on record saying that they believe if another downturn were to come, visitor counts would at least stay flat.

And, yes detail analysis by your planner is required to let you know if paying off the house is better strategy. 

Ask a CPA or financial planner to help if you want to go this route. 

I have gotten approval from the city planners that I am zoned to have this mixed use on the property.I have asked a few loan officers and talked to a local bank about financing the construction and the mortgage after completion.

5:00am - Map out my day with my planner + prayer5:30am - MOVE THE BODY (usually a 30-45 minute workout)6:15am - Breakfast + kids ready7:30am - Drop kids at school8:15am - Start the workdayI do this every single day, even on Saturdays and Sundays.

Good looking out on the books...I've got a friend that's an urban planner that just recommend I read something...can't recall the name, but he said it's the modern-day version of Abundance...not sure if you've read that or not...Anyway, I'll shoot you a PM.
