A cabin in the mountains is a common aspiration (Payson has had tremendous growth for this reason).

I don't have to hit a home run and realize tremendous gain in year one.

I also made sure that I connected with a broker/brokerage that specialized in investments and investors (I was thankful to find a Brokerage that is also a Property Management company), which also helps me tremendously in my growth as an agent and investor. 

The property has gone up tremendously in value over the years and is the perfect investment opportunity.
