With real estate being alot cheaper in other states, would love to hear how they would do there house hacks.

It specifically says it is not for real estate investment, but I believe you would be buying an operating business vs just real estate.This is so helpful Michael, thanks so much!  

@Carlos Ptriawan there are several challenges with owning MHPs in a DST, as would be the case with most multi-tenant real estate. 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

The deal was identified by my real estate agent and requires a quick closing.

Depending on the type of commercial you want to get into my suggestion is to go work for a company that does commercial real estate as learning from people who do it and getting paid at the same time is not a bad strategy 

For us, still in a growth mode, we take action and figure out how to redeploy that equity into other real estate through either cash-out refinancing or selling and 1031!
