How is the appeal process like, and has anyone had success or non-success with the appeal? 

I stumbled upon BiggerPockets nearly a decade ago through a podcast, and it’s been one of the most influential resources in my investing career.

Let alone the chances of ending up successful. 

I've invested in Windsor ontario in the past and saw great success but prices are substantially higher than they were back then.

Actual foreclosure is on the East coast a Sherrifs sale and you can google the state and sherrif sales and the rules will be on the websites.. but its one of two process's either it requires a non refundable deposit if your the successful bidder or you need full cash at the sale.

On their Wednesday's Zoom, they feature Show & Tell, so you can see the successes and questions of others.   

My developer client successfully defended the initial challenges and settled on this having PE rights, so he shifted the site plan to avoid the issue.
