We use trust accounting software with Streamline, but that is more important for Property Managers. 

Seems like BP offers good ones and you can always customize them to your liking.

I think their customer service is awesome.

Marking up repairs & maintenance, farming out customer service to people that can barely speak English, charge a lot of junk fees, etc.I'm just not comfortable doing any of that.
