I live in SLC and have been Airbnb-ing my house near the Bees Stadium fairly often & have helped quite a few people set theirs up in SLC & Boise.

Your school would need to move to a stadium if you could do that. “ I work in the trenches with poor kids and families every day as a teacher, and I can assure you, they have plenty of drive. 

Easy access to center city (bus lines on 21/22nd run north/south) and the stadiums.  5 min car ride to the Upenn/Drexel area and about 15 mins to Phila airport. 

Id probably not want to be too close to that, but being close to both metro stations, either stadium are big pluses.
