Most REO type auctions require seller confirmation which most of the time means a hidden reserve is waiting there.Last one i bought I picked up for a song, but it took them 21 days or so to let me know that I did win it.

They are many complexities to the formula but let me see if I can simplify it's approach.

Be highly suspicious of anyone that wants to sell you their magic formula for making money.

Disregard - I finally figured out how to add the time factor into my formula.

I don't use the 70% formula but my understanding is that the 70% already includes the profit. 

Usually, we do that in our head but wouldn't it be nice to have a formula?
