We are seeing these developed rapidly around here - West Hartford, Simsbury, Avon, Farmington the list goes on. 

However, it’s important to thoroughly research each market, including job growth, population trends, and rental demand.Don’t hesitate to expand your search to other states on your list, like Indiana or Georgia.
