My main goal was to use it for my own personal investing, however it is now evolving into becoming a top producer as well...I really want to be involved in Real Estate in all aspects of my work...so ultimately would like to transition into full time...I guess I have found my passion :-)

@Chris Feltus my title does say "real estate investor" because even those of us just starting out can still have the mind set and passion.

Real estate is really my passion just like everyone in here.We are looking to get into creative financing as well as flipping as much houses as i could for cash infusion in 2014.

I look forward to joining any meet ups that are going on in the NYC/Long Island area just to surround myself around people who have the same passion, and potentially find a mentor who I can possibly help, while helping me through the process.

One thing I have been interested in for a while is the idea of urban farming to combine my love for biology with my passion for real estate!

I have a business partner who will contribute passion and knowledge of the process, but no finances, so we'd love to find another investor looking to work together, (especially another woman as we've kind of conceptualized this as a women's investment vehicle) to supplement the cash I'll have for the deal.

It's most likely in investments of some form, as that's where my true passion is.
