I am mostly interested in wholesaling mobile homes, creative financing and group homes.

I'm concerned with how to enforce any rules now that he's trying to skirt the lease.

As I am not a spring chicken with my age..there are always concerns about "What happens if I die?"...

They come in sections, like mobile homes, and are then attached together on site. 

At this time, I was part of a Mastermind group where I was the little fish in the pond (and at the time I owned 200 units between commercial, multifamily, single family and some mobile home parks).  

Buying a mobile home can be an intimidating task for many new investors, but it doesn’t have to be.

We have a note in property stating for guests to contact us within first 24 hours should there be any concerns.

As for foundation or other concerns about the condition of the property, there's no real way to know for sure since you don't have access to inspect the house before the auction (hence the risk).

Since the potential properties can be removed from the list in last min,  my major concern is when i fly in, the properties i'd liketo bid on could be already invalid from the list at auction. 

It just meant problems down the road during the project.....something was always wrong,Cheap people tend to be unreasonably picky as well, and with no real understanding to back up their concerns.
