With our red hot economy due for some kind of correction, going bigger might be better for the simple logic of sustainability.If you buy a nicer 6-Plex in a nice area vs. a working class 30 unit with lower rents in a decent stable C neighborhood what happens when you get a vacancy?  

I can see the logic in that statement and would tend to agree with his opinion.

Account Closed Depends on how the algo's are structured...I use Core Logic and find them to be fairly accurate...truth be told, it's impossible to produce AVM's and be accurate long term...especially in a rapidly changing market.

But, we explained to them logically but firmly that we didn't underwrite them originally and weren't comfortable signing up with them for 12 months.
