Do you offer a referral fee or are you interested in a joint venture for leads on home sellers who want to sell fast?

At this time I'm looking for joint ventures.

But after thinking about it, I realized it's definitely cheaper then Trump U. and what have I got to lose besides $260/yr.

Any wholesalers or someone with a joint venture on a good deal west north west of Chicago only.
