Hello Saulo, I have two STRs and the main things my cleaners do - Reliability - they live close to where I operate so that's always a plus Availability - I do constantly update the calendar so they know well in advance of turnoversPictures - they always send pictures after they're done in the event we have a discrepancy with a guest (it will happen)Additionals - if I ran out of something, they will get it an add it to the invoice. 

I need to get a separate liability policy, hopefully one policy that covers multiple properties, in the event someone tries to sue.

@Luke Eastman what's probably more important, is to speak with an estate planning attorney.Your mother should probably have a Trust, to avoid the properties having to go through probate when she dies.As part of the Trust, the estate planner may recommend an LLC or not. 

As for agencies being vehicles for personal views, i have not found that to be the case, and in any event, you will find that personal vehicle or not, quashing a government subpoena prior to execution is rare.I’ll stand on what i said.

Even though it's been standing for 30 yrs or so, it's one major flood or major erosion event from some major structural failure in my opinion, especially being so close to a body of water.
