Luckily I have the Excel spreadsheet and photos of all the inventory still on my computer and iPad.

It was relatively cheap, and serves pretty well when I can't get to a computer to analyze a deal.Good Luck!

I've taken the course online and in person and online and online is so much longer to complete (you have to sit in front of the computer for the full 75hrs) I would be happy to provide additional information/guidance if you'd like. 

You're also an inch away from interference with a federally insured lender in a foreclosure.Actually, I had to walk away from my computer and come down from the ceiling.It seems you are another newbie wholesaler, I don't believe you have enough knowledge to be getting ideas  dealing with foreclosure issues.My advice, stay away from gurus and learn real estate that includes being aware of applicable laws. :) 

Louis there are $500k houses one street over from $100k houses, you'll never get that kinda stuff from a computer.
