I agree with @John Underwood your photo should highlight the best part of your property and/or what guests are looking for your market. 

November through February is the worst time to rent in most of the country.

I think we both agree that my team could have done better on the front end at setting your expectations from us on timing and availability of houses that meet your needs.  

After picking up my life in Los Angeles and moving to Fayetteville, AR for a house-hack, I do have a word of wisdom: make sure you like the place you're going to live if you're moving across the country to start your real estate investing journey.
