The best thing I could do for them was to just step back, and let them reap what they sowed.I would never buy a property off someone I knew personally because of that, no matter how much money I would make, or how much I would lose helping them get out of their choices, it just makes for bad blood when the true winners and losers comes out in the wash.Good luck!
