@Jason Layman to keep it in perspective I am pretty much anti condo as an investor in any situation. 

Many banks actually don't require you to hold property for a set amount of time (some exceptions) they just have anti assignment clauses in their contracts.

I keep reading that you cannot/should not sell a property you have with 1) low equity and 2) before six months (some examples I see is that it is illegal to do so due to anti-money laundrying laws).

Whether you seek counseling or not, as one Vet to another her tone toward you may not be about being anti REI but more about being lonely.

I don't think you can make the market bend to your will, which is what this big press for affordable housing is pressing for.Recently I heard about an anti poverty group that was actually making some progress with a small group.

Why are you buying a new car and eating all that depreciation (anti-investment), why are you renting your TV, in fact why do you even own a TV period! 

I really don't want to be on the board but this HOA has several rules/resolutions that are very anti landlord.
