If you are running a profitable business I would pay the 150K get an appraisal and any fixes make sure they're done and you have your own asset on your hands. 150K is not allot of money going forward.

I was starting to wonder if I was crazy, or overly conservative in my expense estimation.Heck, BP advertises the 50% rule (50% of your monthly income will go to expenses) -- that seems like WAY more than the local guys I know allot for their properties.
