So I printed out some flyers in Spanish, and headed down there to make myself known.When I walked up to the door with the flyers hidden in my jacket, I saw a sign that said "No Soliciting," and I was instantly anxious.

Does anyone know of any property managers in the Baton Rouge area that you would recommend and who can also communicate in Spanish?  

You might find that the natural synergy is actually a drain on your investing activities.The example above of being only a referral agent sounds pretty good.

guilty as charged....we had to get the interior of our Florida home primed & painted & most of those I called for quotes were too busy, or would be out in a few days & we were only there for the week.My BIL was visiting from Phoenix, so at 5am we headed for HD & in fluent Spanish he had 3 guys finish the home in 2 days for $600.
