I continue to follow up with them until they find something else.I've never had a problem except on occasions when they leave the door unlocked.

But, I have gotten BPO values from the lender on a few occasions.

On occasion I will come across a house that some retard got a hold of and removed all sorts of walls, staircases, etc.

I have had a few brain farts thrown in on occasion.

I've been to that location at least a million times :) I even take my oldest boy there on occasion just to watch him get nervous around the nurses :) Apparently, the partners split up shortly after the opening of the 44th/Thomas location so its been called 'The neighborhood grill' ever since then but its the exact same thing as the original and the current Chandler location.

Of course self deprecation works, specially on a network called "Comedy Channel" however I do think he did some great interviewing on occasions (i.e. w/ clown Jim Cramer) that regular (so called reputable) news outlets can only learn from...

Not that I know what I'm talking about here, but, I have read right here on BP, on more than one occasion, that the first would require nothing be paid to the second, since that is just money out of the first's pocket.
