I've been to that location at least a million times :) I even take my oldest boy there on occasion just to watch him get nervous around the nurses :) Apparently, the partners split up shortly after the opening of the 44th/Thomas location so its been called 'The neighborhood grill' ever since then but its the exact same thing as the original and the current Chandler location.

Not that I know what I'm talking about here, but, I have read right here on BP, on more than one occasion, that the first would require nothing be paid to the second, since that is just money out of the first's pocket.
