I am rather partial to Keller Williams, especially for new agents, especially those that also want to be investors and have additional incime streams.  

For starter agents Keller has a great training program  once you get trained then you can move to less expensive options.. but a good start is to get on a Keller team.My wife and I are with Soldera and they are a great boutique firm with high dollar producers not really a starter office...

Suggest you serve your apprenticeship under brokerages like Keller Williams.

There is a Keller Williams office in Maricopa County (Phoenix AZ) that claims to have over 9,000 "ready" buyers in their data base and that I should list with them because they will sell the house before it even hits the MLS.

Either you can pay an attorney a flat rate to review (you pay them whether or not it goes through) OR you can go into a larger brokerage in your area (like a Keller Williams) and just ask if someone would be willing to write up the contracts for you for "x" amount or "x%" . 

My favorite thus far is "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller, founder of Keller-Williams Realty.Had to buy a copy for myself, there are some great models in there.

I've spent the last couple months in education phase, reading RDPD, Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor, many blogs, and I'm now reading J Scott's 123Flip cover-to-cover.
